I'm confused about something.<br><br>
I love pumpkin seeds with the shell and I was trying to figure the calorie count for them with the shell and this is what the package says:<br><br>
30g of just the kernals is 160 calories, but <b>37</b>g with the shell is also 160.<br><br>
I checked a different bag with a different serving size/calorie count:<br>
45g of just kernals is 280 cals while 63.7 with shells is also 280.<br><br>
Does it make sense that adding the shell in a larger amount is the same calorie count?<br>
Shouldn't adding the shell <i>reduce</i> the serving size?<br><br>
Am I missing something? I gotta be missing something blatent...right?
