My understanding that was up until now, there was no existing water filter that can filter out perscription drugs from tap water. I saw an ad recently of a PUR filter that says it filters most of them.
Has anyone had a chance to check into this? I would think if there were some independent studies done showing that it does, then the claims would be true.
Trouble is, we have a pull-out faucet on the kitchen sink that will not allow for attaching a filter.
