My family is making the move toward a more natural, organic and homeopathic lifestyle. Along with eating a more organic diet, I keep hearing about "pure" water. Not entirely sure what this means.

I'm fairly certain that the recycled Lake Michigan water
that comes out of our tap is NOT pure.

So what are my alternatives? Jugs of water from the store? Or the in-home water cooler set up? Do I have to worry about plastic leeching into the water? Are any of the natural spring waters OK?

Thanks mommas!

We have a GE filter for our drinkable water. I know some folks that insist on reverse osmosis, but ours isn't. Ours is a dual stage. If you look at the info sheets for filters they should list for you what they remove.
