Its delish

My 4 year old is very picky when it comes to fresh fruit and vegi's so I need to get creative. Yesterday I had an avacado that HAD to be used so I decided to through it into our regular smoothie. OMG!!! It was so good. It didn't add any real flavour just a really nice creaminess, like I had put yogurt in or something. Here is what I put in:

1 frozen banana
handful of frozen blueberries
3 big fresh strawberries
1/2 an avacado
rice milk
pineapple juice

Blend until smooth

Awesome idea! I was looking for a way to make our smoothies less sweet while making them more caloric for my skinny guy.

We also add toasted wheat germ to everything. I just buy in bulk and toast lightly in a dry nonstick pan. Ds loves it in yogurt :d
