I've read a few of you mention that you BD on O + 1. I assume this means the day after you ovulate--will someone explain why? We BD up to and on positive OPK day but then quit (at least as far as TTC). My CM immediately dries up the day after +OPK so I thought that meant the window was closed, so to speak. Should we give it another day?

thanks!

Well, the egg lives for about 24 hours while it's traveling down. So if you DTD the day after ovulation (I think morning after O is the best), then there's a possibility that the sperm will meet the egg still. It's kind of like a last ditch effort.

Guess we'll add a morning session.
