Mine: about 3 weeks. She was 8lb 11oz at birth and chunked up quickly. Some of the NB were too small for her at birth, and most of the smalls were too little within a month. By 3 months she was in mostly larges.
She didn't outgrow newborn until around 3 months. Now, at 5 months, she's a small, some still as tight as they'll go. Knitted wool she can still wear most newborn sizes. She was 6 lb 13 oz at birth, and she's 12 lb 5 oz now. My ds was 7 lb 5 oz at birth, and he was in larges by the time we switched to cloth around 7-8 months.
My dd used preemie prefolds and kissaluvs 0's until maybe 2 months or 9 1/2lbs. The kissaluvs we coud have gone much longer in(until about 4months) but we outgrew the absorbency. She is about 15lbs now at 5months and can fit into smalls and mediums. SPB smalls are okay on the second snaps. FB smalls are still good on the 2nd tightest snaps but a bit short in the rise. Infant prefolds still fit but are getting a little small but premiums completely overwhelm her. We have a medium BJM soaker that's still baggy on her also. I like the fit of the SPB mediums the best though. Those are what seem to fit her well. She was 5lbs 3oz at birth, 6lbs 4oz. at 2 weeks, 9lbs 6oz at 2 months, and hit 15lbs at 4months and has stayed there for the last month or so.
