So, I think I psyched myself out this morning. I was so excited to take my temp to see if it would go up, that I ended up waking up about 2 hours early. For the first hour, I didn't really sleep. I kinda dozed off and on, trying to force myself to go back to sleep. So after an hour, I gave up and took my temp, about an hour earlier then I normally do. I was really just lying there trying to go back to sleep. I didn't get up or anything. Do you think that the previous hour of not really sleeping affected my temp that much?
