we got ours second hand, so it had no booklet. just wondering if there is supposed to be a sternum area buckle to help keep the straps up. the main buckle is so low that they always slip off ds. seems like everything else (car seat, stroller, etc.) has two buckles, one in the crotch area and one in the sternum area. maybe i could just buy a sternum strap and put it on?
