Did you bleed after having it removed? Just spotting like?
I had my last AF on November 24 and then went in to get the IUD removed on Monday the 1st and spotted for some days after...I thought it may be another period, but then yesterday I had O pains....so now I am all confused...

I spotted/lightly bled for about 3 days a few days after I had it out (I do not think it was a period). 5 weeks later AF and have been regular since. I never had AF with Mirena.
