Well is your urine orange or yellow? If it's orange your dehydrated, if it's yellow/clear you're good. I hear you on the having to pee a lot though. I've always had to go at least once an hour, and pregnancy has made it so much worse.

I've been waking at night very thirsty also. I think it's b/c my ceiling fan is on high and it's very dry in there. I've also had morning nosebleeds from the dryness. I know I'm well hydrated during the day, but I NEED to drink every time I wake up at night.

When your milk comes in, it is important to keep up the drinking. Dehydration can definitely lead to supply problems.

What she said! It's a good idea to continue drinking as much as you are now after baby arrives and you start nursing. Many moms find they get that parched feeling just as they start a nursing session, so keeping a bottle of water around all the time is a good idea.
