Hello!! First post! I found this website while searching info on infertility and such. Seeing as how there are so many moms here, I would like to ask if anyone has had the same problems I have and if they were able to conceive.

I have two children ages 8 and 10. I am 32 and within the last 5 years I have had 2 misscarriages. The first one was when I was 2 months, the second 6 weeks. Since then, I have found that it has been hard to conceive. I take good care of myself, eat well and exercise. I just dont know why it has been so hard. I am at the point to where I think I may not be able to.
I never had any problems with either pregnancy, births, nor have I had any problems with my ovaries. I am wondering if a good option would be fertility meds and if so, are they safe? (which is the safest) I hate the thought of taking synthetic drugs for this, but I am thinking it may be my only option.

Thanks

Have you tried charting? I don't have any experiece to help you, but I've had a hard time concieving my second, and the first major step I've taken is to start charting my waking temperatures and cervical mucus. I highly recommend the book Taking Charge of your Fertility by Toni Weschler www.tcoyf.com . The book has tons of info about medications, detecting problems and treatment options. It will also help you be sure you are having sex the right day to optimize your chances and may help you decide what type of fertility drug/treatment may be right for you.

Peace,
Laura
