Today I am 5 weeks preggo, and my boobs are no longer sore. I had a misscarriage in Jan and found out the baby stopped at 6 weeks. I am very worried that this is a sign of a miscarriage. I had the doctor confirm this pregnancy on 05/11. I had severe all day sickness and they took me of prenatal for one week and told me after the week to start childrens vitamins. Is this normal or should I still worry about the soreness being gone today? They were sore last night, so this has been bothering me all day today.

I wouldn't be concerned yet. Symptoms can really come and go in pregnancy. With morning sickness some days I would feel awful and then I would have a string of good days. Some women have sore boobs, others don't (I did with my first, not with this pregnancy). So don't stress. Certainly call your care provider if you have spotting or severe cramping but no sore boobs for a day is nothing to worry about. Good luck mama!

I know it's hard (this is my first pregnancy after an early m/c, too), but the previous poster is right...symptoms come and go A LOT. It's something to try to get used to, because until you start feeling movement there isn't any one thing you can count on daily to confirm you're pregnant. There were a lot of days when I worried I wasn't feeling sick enough, or my boobs weren't hurting anymore, or I wasn't turned off by certain foods anymore, etc. etc. etc.

Try to relax, and remember--there is no reason to think this won't be a healthy, normal pregnancy.
