During my c/s my doctor had to make a "T" cut. He said there would be no way I could try for a VBAC. Anyone know anything about this T cut? I would really like to try for a vbac.

Get a copy of your op report from either your OB or the hospital, read it carefully and if you don't understand what it says ask someone.

I had an upsidedown T cut and the updown slice wasn't very big, like an inch. My mw was fine with this.

I think they used to believe that, but now more and more doctors and midwives are assisting VBAC's with T incisions. I have a low transverse incision, so I didn't have any problems, but my midwife did say that they would do it with a T incision as well.
