What kinds of things would I want to eat/drink/do/take in the months previous to beginning to TTC? Is the health of my body a few months before getting pregnant going to change anything major about the development of a baby?

Also, what can I take/do/eat during pregnancy to keep my milk going as long and generously as possible for my toddler?

Check out the book "The Fertility Diet".
As far as milk, also try asking in the breastfeeding forums here.
