questions for CBEs

I am really wanting to become a CBE. I plan to get the ALACE program, but I have a few questions:

what do you charge per couple for a series of classes?

how many classes are in a series?

have you done one-day quicky classes? how does that compare to a series?

have you done private or semi private? how do you like that as opposed to a group, and what do you charge for that?

where do you teach your classes?

where do you advertise?
