I have been ovenless for months and my landlord just fixed my oven. ( I know, in the middle of a heat wave, go figure
: ). I have been really missing good muffins and breads for breakfast and would love to try some new ones. I especially like the idea of a sneaky way of my oldest trying new things, he is really picky and working hard to overcome that, but if the fruit is in a bread he will likely love it and not have to deal with texture etc.

So what does your family enjoy? Healthy or sinfull, I don't care
We'll try anything. Especially if fresh/frozen fruit is involved I have a freezer full.

Thanks!

I really like Morning Glory Muffins. They have raisins, apple, carrot, and pineapple in them. It's easy to omit or add fruits and other ingreds too. Check www.allrecipes.com for recipes -- I don't have mine handy. Also chocolate-zucchini bread for a nice combination of healthful and sinful.
Oh, and try blueberry-lemon bread.
