I've been tapped as a first resource for a friend newly diagnosed with Celiac. What are maybe the top 2-3 websites to visit? Main key bullet issues to pass along? I can make lots of suggestions about foods and adapting the diet and, of course, she plans on getting lots of support and info elsewhere but I want to be helpful to her TODAY, yk? TIA!

Thanks! Does anyone have the cheat-sheet website of all alternative gluten/wheat names that can be listed as ingredients in things? I seem to never have bookmarked that one.
