I tried looking online quickly but couldn't find what I was looking for.. does anyone know if this usually from corn or something else?

I usually assume it if from corn, but sometimes it is not. I don't trust it though, and must contact the company.

I assume it's corn too, unless you call the manufacturer. Not sure what else it would be though.

that's my guess, too.. DS has eczema now- and given my family's lack of support around his eating, can I just say that food journaling is darned hard??!!
