My 15 month old is not circ'd.

I just want to make sure that I should NOT be pulling his foreskin back and should just be leaving it alone. For diaper changes I wipe him down really well and that's it.

I don't do anything special and don't think I need too. If I'm wrong please let me know.

You're doing everything RIGHT!

Leave it alone is the best policy when it comes to the intact penis. No special care is required, and the foreskin will naturally separate and become retractable on it's own, probably during childhood or puberty.
