quick swim dipe question

376 Views 4 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  Cedarmom
I'm about to take Sage swimming and I left his swim dipe at home. Are the built-in dipes in a baby swimsuit sufficient or do I need to suck it up and run home to get his diaper?

Swim diapers are designed to hold in poo, not pee. They would suck up the pool if they held in pee. So anything with secure thighs will do the trick. Any type of Bummis or FB would do. Just note that PUL will break down over time due to the chlorine so don't use a favorite.

Ya. I have a bsww with me, I just didn't want to risk damaging it. It's a private pool. I think I'm just gonna risk it with the built in dipe. He never poos in public. Hopefully he won't choose today to change that.

I would imagine that one time would be fine. I bought BSWW to use in the pool. And I would think that being in cold water would actually counteract the poop urge.

You're probably right. I'm just anal about that kinda stuff.

And I hear ya on the cold water.
