Rash after a fever/
Is there a forum to post health questions in? DD had a high fever last week then 2 days later developed small spots all over her body. They are still there, and she has tonsilitis. Does this sound normal or unusual to you? Jen

Hi there is a Health and healing section if you scroll down the forums you might want to post this in..but it sounds like your dd had/has scarlet fever. My older son has had it 3 times. Does the rash feel like sandpaper? It comes with the territory of throat infections..is she on an antibiotic?
Could also be roseola..but when you said tonsillitis I thought maybe she was misdiagnosed and it was strep.(which is scarlet fever played down a bit)
