Has anyone had the experience of not keeping down RLT during pregnancy. Each time I tried to drink it while pregnant, I would violently vomit? I drank RLT two years straight prior to pregnancy...I think I may be pregnant again & would love to keep it down this time. I was in labor for 25 hours with my daughter & would love to speed it up! I'm sure my midwife would too...

Have you tried it yet? Is it making you nauseated? Maybe try it over ice or mixed in with lemonade or something else that is palatable?

There have been times when the notion of drinking anything hot would make me feel like heaving, so I made a point not to drink something hot.
But there are lots of creative things you can do in terms of still consuming the tea, but in a less nauseating fashion, maybe?

I know that the encapsulated form isn't nearly as effective (at least that's what I've read) but worst case scenario you could still try that maybe, if no other form will stay down?

Regardless, good luck this time and congrats!
