I know a few people who are raw foodists and swear by it! It's unlikely that I would be able to make the change 100%, because there are quite a few cooked foods I'd like my kids to have, and my husband would never go for it. But, I would like to try some recipes just to add more variety into my diet, as well as fresh, whole foods. I already have a dehydrator and I've done some sprouting too. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"><br><br>
Please share your favorites! Doesn't matter if it's for main meals, desserts, or whatever!<br><br>
