Our family is vegan. I'm interested in trying a partly/mostly raw diet. I've heard such fantastic things about eating raw foods. I'm going to the library tomorrow. Does anyone have a book recommendation? Thank you!

I have "The Raw Food Detox Diet" by Natalia Rose. It is not completely vegan and has some cooked recipes as well but there's still tons left that are raw and vegan. I personally like the background info and longer texts the most, I haven't really "cooked" that much yet.

80/10/10 Diet, it focuses on whole, raw, ripe, fresh food, rather than lots of dehydrated, sprouted, complicated recipes.

It's a big, thick book (and $30 to boot) but I LOVE "Living on Live food" by Alissa Cohen. She's even got a website with support boards (and monthly raw challenges)!!
