I finally took the plunge and bought my first bottle of raw milk last week. I only consume milk in coffee and was using ultrapasteurized organic cream. The only other dairy I consume is cultured butter. Well, my stomach has been really upset. Could it be that I am reacting to the raw milk? Should I give up or keep consuming hoping I adjust? I have never had a problem digesting pasteurized dairy in my life.<br>
Also, to be fair - I did buy some xylitol mints that I am wondering could also be contributing to my problem. i only eat a couple per day.<br>

Ok - i think I figured out that it isn't the raw milk, but actually the whey protein powder I am using for the smoothie. Anyone else have a problem digesting whey protein powders?
