Really bad eye infection in first trimester

Well, just yesterday I posted a thread about yeast infection that drives me crazy and I had no idea what to do about it as I'm very uncomfortable about using conventional drugs in first trimester and all the natural things I have tried wouldn't help.
Today things got worse
. I also got a really bad eye infection. My husband was having pink eye for over a week, using antibiotic drops prescribed by a doctor. Now when his infection seems to be gone I've got it. This morning I could barely open my eye, have been having tons of puss-like-looking (yellow-green color) discharge and my eye is very red and hurts like heck.
Gosh, how can I use antibiotics in first trimester?! I feel like crying and screaming, I have no idea what I'm going to do with all this and how to treat it without harming my baby! I'm almost 11 weeks.
I'm also nursing my 10m.o.
Since 4am today I've been frequently using drops of Colloidal Silver in the eye (which doesn't seem to help a bit!) and breast milk (can't see any improvement as well).
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an eye infection at about 8 weeks. I had to go on antibiotics for it, it was that bad. I'm 7 months along now and all is well.
