Hi,

I am 10 weeks this week and last night began the need to pee what seems like every 10 minutes. I was up half the night peeing!! I can't seem to empty my bladder unless I lean all the way over. Is this normal? I was told that I had bacteria in my urine, so I am currently on antibiotics for that, so I don't think it is a UTI.

Anyway, please share your bathroom experiences? I can feel my uterus above my pubic bone (this is my 2nd pregnancy), could it be putting pressure on my poor little bladder?

Thanks!
I've had to use the bathroom all the time since the beginning of pregnancy. I did realize that half the time it's my imagination and if I sit down, I don't have to go (as opposed to standing). Oh well

I told my husband yesterday that 30% of my life is spent peeing and another 30% washing my hands after I pee!

I hear you. It's a big pain.

i've experienced some "nervous" peeing when i'm away from home. other times i really do have to go, but when i do pee, barely anything comes out. when that happens, i usually have to go 1-2 x per hour. other times more builds up before i feel it. i think it depends on the baby's position. this has been happening since the 1st tri. good luck with everything.
