<p>It's getting really cold where we are and I worry about DD staying warm in her crib at night. I bought Fleece Baby crib sheets for DD before she was born, and I have to admit that it's pilled a lot and doesn't feel very nice anymore. I was wondering if anyone has specific brand recommendations for good-quality fleece/flannel crib sheets?  </p>

<p>Also, I'm really confused about *what* gets treated with chemical flame retardants, but I'm willing to pay more for organic sheets if that's the only non-treated option available. Thanks!</p>

<p>There are many companies that sell good warm organic crib sheets. If you do buy non organic they are all treated with chemicals, but not always flame retardants. Washing non organic items in vinegar helps to remove chemicals. But organic is healthiest for your baby and the planet....</p>
