OK all-knowing mamas, I need help. I'm putting together a gift basket for my cousin for Christmas that has a natural home and body theme. I'm making various homemade, nontoxic cleaners and putting them in a basket with some microfiber towels, a few key ingredients for homemade cleaners, and a recipe book for homemade products. I think I have the cleaning products pretty well covered (although if you have something that you absolutely love, please share) but I don't know very much about natural body care. I just started washing my face with raw honey so I'll include that but I'm not sure what else to do. I was thinking maybe no-poo instructions but I'm a pooer so I don't know what they'd be. FWIW my friend is a cancer surviver (x2) and has a lot of medical issues. She's pretty sensitive to chemicals. Her hair is very thin and very fine and she wears it short. Please share any of your homemade concoctions that you love with very specific instructions (the kind that I can put on a recipe card and she can easily follow). TIA!

Did you check in the stickies section at the top the Natural Home and Body Care page? They have lots of recipes in there.

Sounds like a great christmas present!

I'm curious as well. I saw the nopoo recipe but REALLY want a liquid one.... and just haven't found one that doesn't involve 500 ingredients.

So if anyone has one....
