dh and i love to make sanwiches on toasted grainy bread with thinly sliced radishes, avacado, tomato, thinly sliced red onion (or any sweet/mild oniony thing), salt and pepper, and basically anything else in the fridge that seems like it would be tasty (i.e. hummus). that was the best way i found to get rid of all of our radishes, and the only thing that wasn't out of our garden was the avacado (alas, no avacado trees in MI<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> )
