Hi. I'm looking for recommendations for a therapist/counselor/social worker/psychologist who is experienced with helping adults dealing with ADD. Someone who does not push meds (but a plus if they are knowledgeable about vitamins and herbal supplements) and will work on cognitive and behavioral strategies.

Other local resources for adult ADD (support groups?) would be great also!

Thanks!

Hi, to MDC. I'm not in your area but wanted to mention the ADD thread on MDC so you could at least try out some free support or at least a place for like-minded parents.
