Never heard of it...what is it?
Depends on what you are looking for. If you go to their site, here, you will see that they aren't free range, which Sally Fallon says is more important that organic.
It's also interesting to me that they say chickens are naturally cannibalistic. That only occurs when chickens are raised in confinement, when they are allowed to roam free, there is really no problem with cannibalism.
