I have a question for the mamas whose babies have teeth now.

Did your babies get red cheeks before popping a tooth? DS's cheeks have been very red on one side or the other for the past three days. If yours had red cheeks, how long after did a tooth make an appearance? He's been drooling forever, but I wonder if red cheeks mean that a tooth is imminent... he also felt slightly feverish last night, though he was perfectly content.

DD is teething and her cheeks get red but only because she rubs and pulls on them. She also pulls on her ears.

She started doing that right before she cut a tooth (a week?), and she's been doing it since. It's now been a month, she hasn't cut any new teeth but they are visible under the gum.

Is your LO pulling on their cheeks in their sleep?

I never see him pulling on his cheek (he naps on the couch where I can see him, and he sleeps next to me). He does pull on his ear, but he's been doing that for months.
