DD 7 months gets these reddish rashes on her cheeks and chin throughout the day, which are worst at night, and usually gone by morning. What could this be?

I was told once it had to do with teething. Makes sense as it is always worse on my DS when he is cutting teeth through.

...sounds like a teething rash to me too. Ds is just getting another teething rash (chapped red skin on his cheeks and chin) as he just cut his molars during winter! Even though we aren't outside too much, just a little breeze on his drooly cheeks makes this rash so much worse than any before.

I am using wise ways healing balm which is super emolient, like a salve.
