Anyone know where these are? I've heard ankles and along the hips and legs. But would like more details.

My due date is this Saturday (July 3rd) and both mine and hubby's families are going out of town from Thursday through Monday, so we will have no support for our toddler if I go into labor then.

Would like to give reflexology a try today to see if it does anything. I've been hanging at 2 cm for a few weeks, but no effacement as of last appointment.

I my due date was on a Sunday, we began these techniques 2 days before. On the Sunday, DH, DS and I went to the zoo, walked about 5 miles. Went home, did more of these techniques. I began to have light contractions that evening.

I thought I may be in labor at 12:00PM the next day, DH and I drove to the hospital. I walked in, got checked at 3 cm and had the baby 45 minutes later.

What a wild ride! It was painful, intense but I was glad it was over so soon. My previous birth was 4 days long.

So, use with caution!!!

Unless I am at least a *week over due* this time, I will not be using these techniques!
