I am TTC # 2. I already have a 13 year old son with no pregnancies in between. I am currently 34 years old.<br><br>
I only wish to provide the optimal health, spiritual, mental etc. environment for TTC.<br><br>
Any thoughts,ideas on nutrition,supplements, timing etc.<br><br>

Elizabeth I am with you 100%. I wonder if you have considered reading TCOYF by Toni Wesschler? You wouldn't have to chart or use a thermometer, just observe what your body is alrewady doing naturally and maybe time things a little better. Avoid caffeine, & fake foods. I take (decaf) green tea, because of the antioxidents and taste but I also find it increases fertile fluid and therefor makes it more likley to have a chance at conception. I have my partner taking a few suppliments right now (folic acid and zinc as well as B to decrease stress and boost sperm production)<br><br>
I'm very fertile (or I <i>was</i>) so I'm not doing too much on my own besides trying to time better. I tend to get achy, unfriendly and grouchy mid-cycle when I'm ovulating <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> not very useful, huh?<br><br>
prayer and being calm are #1 for me. If this doen't work in the next year I may try accupuncture. I've heard great things, but haven't researched the benefits yet for myself. I always wanted to try it though.
