I would drop breastmilk in my son's nose when he got congested. It helps them sneeze and to clear up the nose. The best thing is what you already have!

Sage tea!! The stuff is amazing, and works really well at drying stuff up, including breastmilk! So don't take it yourself if you're nursing. I don't have this book, but this is from an old thread here on LWAB:

Quote:
Smart Medicine for a Healthier Child by Zand, Rountree, and Walton...

Sage tea helps to break up congestion and bring down a fever. Give your child one dose of sage tea, up to three times daily, for three to five days...
Newborn to two years. One dose equals...2 or 3 teaspoons of tea. A nursing mother may also take an adult dose of the appropriate herbal treatment.
I got it at Whole Foods (brand Alvita, or something like that), steeped a cup and kept it in the fridge. Every 4-6 hours I'd use a syringe to give it to dd, usually 1-2 tsp at a time. She loved it, and it really helped!
