Already, at only 14 weeks, I get swollen feet at the end of the day. Anyone else?

I think it's probably due to the warmth and humidity of the weather lately. And I'm constantly on my feet with my toddler.

I've been drinking lots of water, but could it be that I need to be drinking even more? Other than putting my feet up, which is not always possible, are there any other ways of relieving the swelling? I can't remember very well from my last pregnancy.

Even more water would probably help... the amount of water I had to drink to not swell into a grape was really absurd, but if it's hot and humid out you need even more that you think you do.

Also, I've heard that cutting out salt actually doesn't help swelling? I was really worried about that since my idea of a yummy snack is basically a portable salt lick, but my midwife said the thing about salt and swelling was a myth and you actually need a certian amount of salt to help your body process extra fluid.
