removing stains? describing dipes for sale

First of all let me say that every dipe I have bought off the trading post has been in excellent condition and exactly as described. I want to make sure I do the same thing.

I need stain help!
Most of my kissaluvs are fine, but some appear to have minor staining (if held in the right light). I have only tried Bac-out, which did nothing. I don't want to ruin the dipes but would like to get rid of stains if possible. What do you do?

I also have some hemp newborn dipes. A couple of them have minor staining in the folds of leg gathers. All of the doublers show some staining. Do you have a different method for removing stains from hemp?

And . . . My two bumpy pul covers have stains at the edge of the leg gather. Any ideas?

Regarding resale How do I accurately represent staining if it can't be removed. I really don't think the stains will show up in pictures?
I really liked the bumpy covers and they still have a lot of wear. Should I offer them for free if I can't remove stains? Would anyone want them, do you think?

Thank you for your help/ suggestions.

Lay them out in the sun. That should take care of any stains.

If for some reason, they don't come out (which they really should) just say that they're 'Very slightly stained' or something to that effect.

Just be as accurate as you can when describing. Let the buyers know exactly where the stain is, it's color (light/dark), approx. size, etc... I wouldn't offer them for free unless it's some really hideous staining! And you may be surprised, my camera picks up a lot of colors...especially stains!

Not all moms care about stains if it's a NB diaper anyhoo if there is a lot of life left in it. The price should reflect the staining, but hey... our kids are going to turn around and poop on it too!

Any more suggestions?

How many days should I have to sun? I've only done one day and it didn't make much difference.

I think the stains on covers will show up so I will plan on taking pics of those
Put fresh lemon or lime juice on the stain (make sure it's from lemon or lime you squeezed) and make sure the diaper is dry when you put the juice on the stain. Then put it out in the sun so the sun is directly on the diaper. After a few hours even the worst stains have dissapeared for me! Regular sunning did little to nothing for my diapers but sunning with lime juice was like a near miracle! :LOL
If you are sunning w/o the juice, make sure the diapers are wet when you start.
