reoccuring yeast rash

Hi. This may not be the appropriate place for this question, but I'll give it a go. My DS (1yr tommorrow!) has a reoccuring yeast rash on his inner thighs. It will go away for a couple of weeks but then comes back, sometimes with a vengence. I've tried various things such as more diaper free time, using only wool dipe covers, and I take probiotics (acidophilus) so I figure he gets it through my breastmilk. Last time I broke down and started using some OTC antifungal cream and it cleared it up. I just really don't want to have to use so much of that stuff! Anything natural that can cure it up?

For my dd the yeast rash she had for over a year was because her system has an overgrowth of yeast. We have started a diet to heal her (and me) of candidia overgrowth. Come over to Healing the Gut Tribe to learn about it. Nothing else worked for any length of time.
I would buy live probiotics and put it right on his rash. Mix it with a little water to make a paste or just dust his thighs with it directly. I get recurring yeast under my right breast (I know, gross) and I just slather on a little plain yogurt and it is not only a relief to the painful skin, after two times the yeast goes away.

I also gave the probiotics directly to my kids. Because it's a bacteria, I don't think it goes through the breastmilk in the same way a medication does.
We bought an ointment in the health food store and it really worked.

I would think any ointment with these ingredients would work:

Calendula, Comfrey, White oak bark, Althea Root, Mullein, Eucalyptus Oil, Tea tree oil, Citronella.
Thanks, ladies. I was already thinking of giving DS some probiotics directly. I guess I'll order some. And how do I get involved with the "healing the gut tribe"? I'm new here, links?
