repelling fuzzi bunz... HELP!!!

Okay, my FB stunk so i stripped them in the sink with some regular Dawn, rinsed them 8 times by hand and 3 times in the machine, now they repel! I don't know what else to do and i am open to suggestion. I already hated these diapers, now i despise them! I think i may start using them as covers if this doesn't get cleared up soon : Please help if you can!
