Is it ok for dd to get rescue remedy through my breastmilk a few hours before she goes under general anesthesia?

It is my understanding that even Resue Remedy itself given to the child a bit before GA would be ok.
It is a lot of alcohol--if you can put it into a couple drops of hot water then let it evaporate out -

If you can give breastmilk to the child ,it being such a minut amount-would be ok.

Thanks! I feel better now. I really am needing it b/c of the stress level this week. Of course, worrying that it could hurt her made me need it all the more!

Rescue Remedy is totally safe. My midwife even said it is safe to take it during pregnancy. I give it to dd as well when she needs it. The amount of alcohol in a few drops will not do any harm.
