All was great until I had to return it now she won't send me another one, won't answer emails, changed her #. The # they give when you call her old one isn't her and HER new # is unlisted. She has a terrible rating on ebay from what I have seen and for the EXACT same reasons as me. Oh and she is now selling the one I returned.

I finally got the cover yesterday. It has been about a month and a half with no word or anything. She didn't even apologize or give an explanation, just sent it in a padded manila envelope. I believe that she finally sent it because I threatened that if I didn't get a full refund or a cover in excellent condition that I would contact my bank. Which I already did. I will never do business with her again...if you do...I wish you luck.

She changed her ebay ID... it is reuseabums-dot-com. Her email addy has changed too, it is [email protected] . She has a 100% rating on ebay now because she changed her ID. If you look it up under the email that she lists on her website it has a lot of neg. Also, the email says she is Shauna Casey but she signs it Tina Clay, the same woman that responded to my emails at [email protected] but then started ignoring them. Be very cautious of her.

i won 2 of her covers. i got them no problem. however, there was a problem with paying with paypal. i had to resend money and then she charged me more (not much more - just added insurance which i had declined earlier. i do believe it was an honest mistake) anyway - everytime i got an email or invoice - it was always a different name. my head was spinning! whenever i questioned the name she ignored it - however, she was very prompt with emails and delivering the product.

I bought 2 of her soakers from her website. One was awesome; my favorite pull on wool cover until my ds outgrew it! The other had a small hole in it, and she was very apologetic about that and offered a refund or to send a replacement. I returned the defective soaker, and asked her if she could make me pull-on pants instead of more shorts, and I had very picky requests about color (due to our dogs shedding, LOL!). She made me some custom, awesome, beautiful wool pants for my ds that I LOVE now that it's cold here in MI. It did take a while to get the pants, and she was a little slow in responding to emails, but I've waited just as long for custom orders from other WAHMs, so that didn't bother me too much. I've been very happy with my covers from reuseabums!

I could not even use the wool I bought from her because it was so scratchy. I bought 2 newborn soakers and I would never put them on any baby's skin. I am no stranger to wool so I lanolized and lanolized, I tried fabric softner and hair conditioner. So so scratchy. I won't go there again, not when there are so many other choices for wonderful wool.

***UPDATE***

After seeing my review Tina got in touch with me and wanted to give it another shot. I was really impressed that she was apologetic and not in any way defensive; she just wanted to show my her improvements and get some feedback. She sent me 2 covers and they really are tremendously improved! The wool is comparable to the Fuzeasy wool! Very VERY soft, a nice side-snap design. They are super-effective, we have been using them for overnights and I have a super-soaker.

I would definitely order from her again, in fact I am saving up paypal to order some custom pants!

I ordered two pairs of longies and a pull-on soaker from her. They shipped quickly, were of good quality, were a great price, and worked very well for my DD.

I ordered two pairs of longies off eBay, they shipped in a timely fashion and seem to be of good quality. I am really unwilling to spend big $$ for wool, so I will be ordering from Tina again. I think she has a really good niche on the less-pricey end of the wool-covers market.
