I would spray it on the outside. DO NOT spray the inside fleece. The tiny bit of fleece that turns out at the legs is OK, I believe. At least this has worked for me. (Not with HHs, but with other diapers.)
rewatreproofing my HH
I bought ATSKO and now I want to rewaterproof my HH. Do I spray it on the laminate side or the fabric side??? Should I turn the HH inside out? Any help will be most greatly appreciated.

Where do you get the stuff to rewaterproof?
You can buy it at Walmart but I got mine at a camping store.
