Was I dreaming, or did someone recently mention something on this board about making homemade rice cakes or some kind of rice ball? I've got some brown rice in the fridge that I'd love to recycle into something yummy (besides rice pudding or fried rice, the usual suspects). Any ideas?

Ohhh, we always have rice leftovers. Googling "leftover brown rice recipe" gave me some interesting ideas:

pancakes
apricot rice cakes
muffins
