Pretty sure dd has ringworm on her arm...anyone had this? I know you should use an antifungal, but are there otc creams that are better than others? or other natural things we can do?<br>
What did you use to treat it?

I have used Lamisil OTC in the past.

My dd had ringworm a few times, I tried the stuff from the store and after a week saw no improvement. I finally put some tea tree oil on some gauze, put it on the ringworm spot and wrapped it up for the night. The next day the spot looked worse, but when it healed the ringworm was gone!

DS has had a couple of patches recently. I took him to the doc as I was wary of OTC medication on such a little one (4 months at the time). We were give a tube of Lamisil and it was gone within a couple of days (though we were advised to use the cream for a week to make sure).

Tea tree oil works great. Put it on several times a day. It will clear it right up.
