I'd like to try making these. My question is, if we don't eat them all at once, can I store them in an airtight container and will they still be good/crispy for a few days? And would I keep them in the fridge?

Also, at what temp and for how long do you all roast them? Thanks in advance for any replies.

They don't last long enough for me to know how well they store.

I roast them at 400* for 45 min. I stir them every 15 min though.

LMK, you'd have to use cooked chickpeas. So you'd have to soak them & then boil them for a couple hours until done. Canned chickpeas just save time. I think homemade chickpeas might even turn out crunchier. I know that they make for a chunkier hummus. Hmmm, super crunchy roasted chickpeas?
