DD is outgrowing her current soft-soled (similar to Robeez) shoes...now that she's walking everywhere and will be walking outside, are Robeez durable enough or would I be better of getting something like Pedipeds? And are Pedipeds really as good for babies' foot development as Robeez?

Pedipeds are definately cuter, but I alwasy use Robeez.......DD1 wore Robeez until they didn't make them in her size anymore, and they were durable enough for outdoor use.

ds wears his ShooShoos everywhere (hey, ShooShoos are on the banner ad as I'm typing this: cool! ). In the park, through puddles and mud, on city streets...everywhere! And they seem to be holding up fine. They're soft-soled, like Robeez, and we like them a lot. I haven't tried Pedipeds directly, but these are working fine for us so far (so, in other words, Robeez should be fine). HTH

we LOVE www.littlesqueakyfeet.com --dd has had these since last spring when she started playing outside (13 months or so). She spends a lot of time in parks and we did NOT feel like robeez or pedipeds would do it (we had both), as there are rocks/stones and even broken glass. Squeaky have very flexible rubber soles and cute styles are are squeaky! Which is pretty fun...or if it`s not, the squeakers come out.
good luck!

We use our robeez around the house still but for daycare and outside park times we have SeeKaiRun. I love them and they are really flexible even though they have the rubber soles.
