I am going on a very restrictive rotation diet. I didn't get a chance to talk enough w/ my dr and now am confused (weekend and I can't call and I want to start this weekend). I am supposed to rotate each food every four days. The example is if you eat celery one day don't eat it again for four. So, do I eat the same things all day long and then not eat them for four days? If I eat any variety of foods it seems I won't be able to go four days w/ out repeating something since it is so restrictive.

Any advice? Any links? I searched here and the web and can't find any really relevant info.

Thanks!

There is an example of a rotation diet posted on the Healing the Gut Cheat Sheet, stickied under health and healing.
