I see lots of threads about what specifically toddlers eat but I'm wondering if anyone has guidelines as to how many calories they should be consuming in a day?

I have seen these on a variety of websites. Do a search and you'll turn up a few.<br><br>
I don't pay much attention to it though, since a toddler will only eat what they will eat! Some days nothing, some days a lot! They balance it out over a few days. I always scoff at the food pyramids for toddlers, too. Yeah, right, my DS is going to eat 5 servings of fresh fruit and veg every SINGLE day...sometimes it happens, some days not! Even sneaking it in is hard on days/weeks he is just not hungry!<br><br>
